WIPEdit Plugin 12.4 - Displays Numerous Dialog Box Error Messages when WebRoot Anti-Virus Enabled (Doc ID 2248927.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.4 version, Documaker Plugin

When attempting to initiate the WIP Edit Plugin on a user workstation with WebRoot anti-virus enabled,
the following messages are reported;

ERROR
-----------------------
1. User is shows a Dialog Box with the following message;
Not able to load
wdtw32.dll

2. Users is shown a Dialog Box with the following message;
Not able to load
WDTInitMen.dll

3. User receives the following message within the browser;
Server Error in '/WebApplications/ES/Issuance' Application
Description: HTTP 404.
Requested URL: /WebApplications/ES/Issuance/wipedit


If they disable the “Identity Shield” option within the WebRoot Antivirus, the WIPEdit Plugin launches


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Connect to Documaker Server
2. Navigate workflow
3. Click on `work on forms` to launch WIPEdit
4. Users received various pop-up dialog boxes.
