PRDITMUDSIL aborts with unique constraint violation error

Steps To Recreate:

1. Populate source table UDA_ITEM_FF, the column UDA_TEXT to be populated with different values for same ITEM and UDA_ID but these UDA_TEXT should have first 10 characters same.
2. Run SDE package SDE_RetailItemUDADimension.
3. Run SIL package SDE_RetailItemUDADimension.
