Symptoms

On : 10.1.2.9 version, Cycle Issues

Problem Description
Users report performance issues and error due to long running queries.
Example, queries that select from AsPlan which has over 250,000 records and it takes some time to retrieve them.

SEVERE: [Cycle] Fatal error encountered while trying to mark PRECLIENT [GUID] as being processed. java.lang.NullPointerException

Steps to Reproduce
Using client database, SQL Profiler was used to capture long running SQL statements.

Business Impact
Due to this issue, users experience slow response time and even failed activity processing.
