Why is "Receiver Adjustments not found for delivery" Thrown when Clicking on 'Ext. Adjustments' to perform Receiver Unit Adjustments?

Post receiving Direct Store Delivery (DSD) in Oracle Store Inventory Management (ORSIM), Unable to perform Receiver Unit Adjustments as an error "Receiver Adjustments not found for delivery" is displayed.
Steps to Recreate:
1. Create DSD Purchase Order in SIM
2. Create container, add item and confirm container
3. Confirm delivery
4. Select same Order, click on "Ext. Adjustments" to perform Receiver Unit Adjustments, system throws error "Receiver Adjustments not found for delivery"
