Primavera Unifier - Version and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

A User clicked on a link in the Upper Form, which opens a web page generated from other application, then goes back to Unifier and Unifier give a message: Your session has expired.

Unifier is exposed via Oracle HTTP Server (OHS) proxy URL and Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) is enabled as authentication mechanism.

In Unifier, there is a custom Form from which a hyperlink to the WebCenter portal that shows the contents from Universal Content Management (UCM) is provided.
When the User clicks on that URL, the Unifier session is automatically expired and the session expired popup appears if any link on the Unifier page is selected.

The SSO session is intact, only Unifier session is getting timed out. In Unifier_access.log, when clicking on any Unifier link, the following error can be seen:

2017-02-16 16:18:59,207+10:00 [[ACTIVE] ExecuteThread: '9' for queue: 'weblogic.kernel.Default (self-tuning)'] INFO ~~ Session Error 1~
2017-02-16 16:18:59,207+10:00 [[ACTIVE] ExecuteThread: '9' for queue: 'weblogic.kernel.Default (self-tuning)'] INFO ~~ NOSESSION HEADERS

If another application configured for SSO is opened in a new tab, the User is able to get in directly without any need to re-authenticate hence the SSO session is intact.
