On PFT 8.0.2, allocation shows errors in the PFT logs and FSI_MESSAGE_LOG after adding another dimension (16 key dimensions) to the OFSAA Model. Added another dimension (currently have 15 dimensions in LEAF_COLUMNS now added a 16th dimension) to the OFSAA datamodel, but now all Instrument table allocations are failing with errors.

"PLS- 00172: string literal too long"

If the dimension is removed, the allocations are running without error.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create 16 key dimensions
2. Run allocations
