Symptoms

On : 12.2.5.1 version, Collaborator Workbench

 

When attempting to log into Demantra web application like Collaborator Workbench or Workflow Manager,
the following error occurs.

There are system errors. Please contact your System Administrator


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open Collaborator Workbench page.
2. Input the username/password.
3. Get error.
