Goal
On Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management(BRM), 7.5.0.14.0 version, Subscription Management,
It is observed that when a discount is purchased and cancelled in same day or in same cycle, the prorated rules are not being considered during cancellation.

Tests show that :
- discount purchased in day D -> proration of “-10 euros” applied and correct.
- if discount cancelled in day D -> BRM cancel the discount and apply a fee of same amount of discounting.
- if discount cancelled in day D+3 -> BRM cancel the discount and apply a fee within value calculated with prorate of the global amount and number of days (to BDOM).
