What If Allocation Disregard Status Of Items (packs) At The Destiny Locations (Doc ID 2250455.1)

Last updated on APRIL 07, 2017

Applies to:

Oracle Retail Allocation - Version 14.0.2 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

When a What If Allocation (for all locations) is created using packs that are inactive in some/most locations the application disregards the status of the items at each location and create details with item/quantities that cannot be approved later in RMS (purchase order).

For instance if packs 121, 122 and 123 are inactive in all locations while the pack 222 is active for location 'x' then the Allocation created in What If scenario for all locations will have for location 'x' the four items (it should have only the one active).
