Enhancement Request : TSFCLOSE Logic Should Consider Transfer Approval Date In Place Of Create Date (Doc ID 2250578.1)

Last updated on SEPTEMBER 10, 2020

Applies to:

Oracle Retail Merchandising System - Version 16.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

TSFCLOSE (Close Overdue Transfers) batch considers create date for deleting the 'approved' transfer rather than the approved date.

At times, it may take few days to approve the transfer (example : Semi-automatic Replenishment process) ,upon approval the transfer will be considered for deletion by this batch if the system configured number of AUTO_CLOSE_DAYS (SS,SW,WW,WS) are already met by then.

Example: Consider a scenario when Transfer approval takes 3 days and AUTO_CLOSE_DAYS (SS,SW,WW,WS) is also required as 3 for the business scenario.
