Information in this document applies to any platform.
Users are attempting to setup Oracle Rules Palette in a Citrix environment.
With Oracle Rules Palette installed, the first person to open Oracle Rules Palette has no issue.
The next user, who has not logged on to the remote machine, but is connecting through a Citrix published application, cannot log on.
Is this a known issue?
