Can MySQL Use Same Remote Store for Both Dav and iSchedule? (Doc ID 2250801.1)

Last updated on JANUARY 04, 2023

Applies to:

Oracle Communications Calendar Server - Version 7.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

We have installed a dav server with remote store for attachments.

As explained in the documentation for "Configuring the Calendar Server Document Store", we configured frontend and remote store to use http(s).

But the documentation mentions:

"The Calendar Server document store is used to store and retrieve large data, such as calendar events and todos with large attachments. You must configure one document store per each Calendar Server back-end database. That is, configure one document store for the calendar store (the MySQL Server database or Oracle Database), and one document store for the iSchedule database."

In a remote store architecture, is it possible to use the same remote "partial" dav server installation (with configure-as, 8008 port, etc...) for both dav and ischedule or, do we have to install another separated remote store for ischedule ?
