Checkout Button Does Not Respond or Display Message on Internet Explorer Browser (Doc ID 2250896.1)

Symptoms

Actual Behavior
During Internet Explorer 11, assign a change to preliminary item and upload 2 or more attachment files.
On parts attachments tab, try to select 2 or more attachment file record and press CheckOut button.
The windows does not respond during this action. This should show Select Files to Download window.
Press the refresh button and confirm that the Checkout icon is now displayed.
Press Cancel Checkout button for each record and try selecting single file record and press CheckOut button.
On the upper window, a blue bar is shown but no message is included. This should display message : Downloading file.

Overall behavior does not occur when openning the web client using Firefox browser.

Expected Behavior

Step

  1. Login to WebClient with Internet Explorer (IE) browser
  2. Create a new item P00012
  3. Create a new change : C00007 for P00012 via Actions > Create New > Changes
  4. Go back to P00012 and move to Attachments tab and upload 2 files
  5. Select 2 file record and press CheckOut button
  6. Nothing happens. Press Refresh button
  7. Confirm that Checkout icon is now displayed to each file record. Press Cancel CheckOut button for each record
  8. Select specific file record and press CheckOut button
  9. A blue bar is shown in the upper window. No message is shown inside the bar.
