PurgeItem batch fails due to the following error that can be found on PURGE_ERROR_LOG table;
Steps to Reproduce:
1. From Retail Merchandising System (RMS), mark an item for DELETION and run the RMS Daily Purge Batch.
2. Make sure that the item status in SIM ITEM table is 'D' (Delete).
3. Make sure that records for this item exist in SIM ITEM_SEED_TEMP table.
4. Run PurgeItem batch.
Check PURGE_ERROR_LOG table and note that the batch failed due to 'ORA-02292: integrity constraint (SIM14.ITEM_SEED_TEMP_FK) violated - child record found'.
