PLS-00905: object VALIDATE_NODE_MAP_ALM is invalid Errors Running ALM Processes (Doc ID 2251328.1)

On ALM 8.0.0, when attempting to run ALM processes, there are errors in the ALM debug log.  Check of invalid objects in the atomic schema show several procedures are invalid and will not recompile.  The following errors are thrown:


From ALM debug err log:

Module Logging OFS errors: (203105) Oracle drv_oci error: OCI Function: [4] - oexec(),
oexn() SQL Function: [34] - PL/ SQL EXECUTE Oracle Error: ORA-06550: line 1, column 15: PLS-00905: object
VALIDATE_NODE_MAP_ALM is invalid ORA- 06550: line 1,
column 15: PL/ SQL: Statement ignored Driver Function:
drv_oci::Execute() SQL Statement: declare begin
VALIDATE_NODE_MAP_ALM(205774, 3); end;

PLS-00905: object POPULATE_HIERARCHICAL_MM is invalid
PLS-00905: object POPULATE_HIERARCHICAL_FB is invalid

These two stored procedure have the same error when tried to recompile:
PLS-00753: malformed or corrupted wrapped unit
