Symptoms

Comment parameter is not Captured in POS_TRANSACTION for Tran Type RETURN/SALE/VOID_RETURN/VOID_SALE.

Steps To Recreate :

  1. Process POSTransactions using WebService for Tran Type  RETURN/SALE/VOID_RETURN/VOID_SALE.
  2. Provide a Comment.
  3. Process the Webservice Transaction.
  4. Check in POS_TRANSACTION Table that the 'Comment' Tag provided in Webservice is not captured.
