Diameter Requests with fake values of mandatory AVPs from Mediation Spec. Required recommendations of handling Diameter scenarios with fake AVPs values which are mandatory in Mediation Spec.

Client will send to DGW the Diameter traffic that only in initial request, an incoming message will contain all mandatory real AVPs values, which are needed to Event Type detection via Mediation Spec and properly rating.
In Initials the AVPs will contain real values:
- Subscription-Id AVP Group
- Rating-Group
- Service-Identifier
and location information (MCCMNC in custom AVP).
            <avp name="Subscription-Id">
                   <avp name="Subscription-Id-Type" value="0"></avp>
                   <avp name="Subscription-Id-Data" value="42160100052"></avp> <!-- Real value -->
               <avp name="Multiple-Services-Credit-Control">
                   <avp name="Service-Identifier" value="1"></avp> <!-- Real value -->
                   <avp name="Rating-Group" value="200001"></avp> <!-- Real value -->

For all incoming Updates and Terminates for diameter Voice and SMS scenarios these AVPs will contain fake values (the same fake values for Voice and SMS):
               <avp name="Subscription-Id">
                   <avp name="Subscription-Id-Type" value="0"></avp>
                   <avp name="Subscription-Id-Data" value="42112345678"></avp> <!-- Fake value -->
               <avp name="Multiple-Services-Credit-Control">
   <avp name="Service-Identifier" value="1234"></avp> <!-- Fake value -->
                   <avp name="Rating-Group" value="123456"></avp> <!-- Fake value -->

Query: How to manage those traffic scenarios and properly match into ECE event Type.
