Removed meter not being used when rebilling historical bill period
SQ Rule Algorithm “Accumulate the number of meters under a SA” does not return a meter for a billing period once the meter is removed; even though the meter was installed at the time of defined billing period. There does not appear to be a setting for this algorithm in determining which date should be used.
