The deployment of SOA composites of the Oracle Utilities Network Management System integration to Oracle Utilities Smart Grid Gateway failed.

Deployment target is Oracle SOA Suite 12.2.1.1.0, Oracle JDK 1.8.0_77 64 bit on Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7. Previous deployment steps for the integration (installDB and installWL) were successful.

The example below is for Smart Grid Gateway Integration for Outage Operations. This issue/solution could relate to other OUAF integration deployments.

1. Deploy using installSOA
2. Get the error as above
3. Unable to deploy
