Timesheet Users Showing Multiple Notes "Auto Approved By System" Instantis EnterpriseTrack (Doc ID 2251721.1)

Symptoms

NOTE: Configuration of the Affected System will have the option of Auto Approval as Noted in the Following Article: How Does The Approve (or Reject) any Timesheet Line Level Item Permission Work? (Doc ID 1638483.1)

 
Multiple users are seeing the multiple "Auto Approved by System" in the Notes section of approved timesheets, some are identical times, some are spread out, by hours.

STEPS to verify issue

This is for an environment that has the option to "Submit and Approve" also known as Auto Approval for timesheets configured.

1. Login as Resource with Timesheet Access
2. Create a Timesheet, Enter Time and Complete a time sheet
3. Click Submit and Approve
4. There may be some delay with this process, when the timesheet actually approves
5. Reopen the Timesheet, and see the "Notes" section
Also, If the Notes section shows multiple occurrences of "Auto Approved by System" This defines the issue
