Team Member Does Not Load Activities Configured With Team Member Filter (Doc ID 2251827.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Activities do not load in Team Member page.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Activities should load in Team Member page.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log-in to Primavera P6 Web.
2. Created new user and associated with Resource and Timesheet.
3. Created a Team Member filter with Activity Code equals "XXX".
2. Go to Projects tab and select the EPS area.
3. Right-click on the Project and select "Set Project Preferences...".
4. Select the "Team Member Interfaces" area in the Project preferences popup.
5. Click on the "Add Code or UDF" button and select the "XXX" Activity Code from the Global Activity Codes list in the drop-down.
6. Save and close the pop-up.
7. Log-in to Team Member.
8. No Activities displaying in Team Member.

Due to this issue, users cannot view activities in Team Member page.
