Symptoms

On NMS 2.3.0.0.0

When running ces_control_zone.ces on a model with a missing field in the
control_zone_structures_backup table, an sql error is generated:

pr25469025 migration script was not getting run when updating from 2.3.0.0.1 to 2.3.0.0.2 nor when running "ces_setup.ces -clean -reset"

Running "ces_setup.ces -clean -reset" should NEVER be done on live production systems as it erases the entire electrical model and all operational data.

This migration adds the column hierarchy_type to the CONTROL_ZONE_STRUCTURES and CONTROL_ZONE_STRUCTURES_BACKUP tables

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Update to 2.3.0.0.2
2. Run ces_setup.ces -clean -reset
3. Review the setup log and the control_zones_structures table

Changes

Updated from NMS 2.3.0.0.1 to 2.3.0.0.2
