Symptoms

When attempting to save an edit to a data model in BI Publisher (BIP), the following error occurs.

ERROR

Failed to load servlet/dmvalidate?_sTkn=61ecae4615aaa7e024d.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Login to BIP
  2. Edit a data model and save
  3. Error displayed

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot save the data model to update their reports.
