OHADI Patch 22860309 fails with 'ORA-00942: Table or View does not exist' (Doc ID 2252312.1)

ISSUE CLARIFICATION

On Oracle Healthcare Analytics Data Integration (OHADI) 3.1 version,
When attempting to apply the Patch 22860309 (OHADI 3.1.0.2),
the script OHADI_HDI_ETL_VIEWS_SUBTYPCD.sql fails with the following error:

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. As part of Patch 22860309 (OHADI 3.1.0.2) readme_ohadi_3_1_0_2.htm, connect to HDI Schema and
    run the below sql files by passing the parameters as shown below.

@OHADI_HDI_ETL_VIEWS_SUBTYPCD.sql

2. Verify if there is any error generated.
