Access Both S&OP And DM Worksheets Using SSO Feature Of Demantra Local Application is Not Working

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Many users, have access to both DM and S&OP components.
For each such user you will find two entries in user_id column, with two different user_id's, user names are
1) SSOuser
2) SSOuser_SOP
Depending whether it click on DM Workbench or SOP Workbench link same SSO credentials will take user either to DM component worksheets or S&OP component worksheet.
However for Local App is only chosen DM component.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

To check the available responsibility for the user and provide the option to choose.
