How To Restrict The User To Update The Premise Address From Order Screen (Doc ID 2252985.1)

On Oracle Customer Care and Billing version the customer is unable to restrict the user to update the premise address from Order Screen .

Currently, while creating the order, if the user selects the "use existing premise" in order screen and then modify the existing Premise address, on completion of order the premise address is getting updated.

System should not allow user to update the Premise address as he does not have access to Premise screen.
