Unable to deploy Smart Grid Gateway MV90 Adapter v2.2 into OSB

During the configuration tasks for the Smart Grid Gateway MV90 Adapter, the OSB deployment fails using OSB/SOA Suite version 12.2.1.1.0

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Using 12.2.1 version of OSB
2. Deploy SGG  v 2.2
3. Get error as described above
