ASCP - DATA COLLECTION - PLANNING ODS RUNNING LONG FOR MSC_TRIP_STOPS data

After upgrading Value Chain Planning from 12.2.4.1 to 12.2.6.1 the following SQL statement is taking a long time to complete:

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

After upgrading, the performance should not increase.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upgraded to 12.2.6.1
2. Ran Collections and Planning Data Pull timed out.


Changes

 Upgrade to 12.2.6.
