DMS Error On FPR Breakdown Pallet When Same Child Or Pallet Label Scanned Again (Doc ID 2253535.1)

Symptoms

During pallet breakdown if the same case label is scanned as the master label, system displays DMS Error and FPR pallet breakdown is getting affected.

Error_Log shows below exception:


Steps To Recreate:

1. Create a PO with one item with 1000 units.
2. Create an allocation for 150 units for a single store.
3. Create a FPR with Details appointment, with following options 1.RF User Can Add Details=’N’, Scan Case Label=’N’, Bypass Aportionment=’N’, QA=’N’, VA=’N’, Labeled=’N’.
4. Assign Door to schedule appointment.
5. Go to Receiving Menu in RF Module and open appointment.
6. Scan a Generic Pallet Id ( in Create Appointment Details Screen).
7. Scan Item Item Id. Press, Enter,Enter.
8. Next Screen is opened.
9. Enter Container Qty=1000, Press F4=Done.
10 System shows the main receiving screen ( in Create Appointment Details Screen).
11 Press F6 to Confirm the pallet received .
12 Scan pallet received (from step 6).
13 Press F4=Process Selected.
14 System displays Product allocation to WH and Stores.
15 Press F4=Confirm.
16 Press F2=BreakDown, system displays Pallets that need break down.
17 Scan Pallet that needs to be broken down. System displays break down of the item.
18 Select the pallet for STORAGE stock, Enter. Next screen is displayed.
19 Scan a “Generic Label” (ex:GEN1) in Scan Generic Pallet Id field.
20 Scan the same Generic Label (GEN1), in Scan Case Labels. (Please note that you are scanning same Generic label in both fields).
21 Press F4. System give “DMS Error” and you can see the error in error log table “ORA-00001: unique constraint (RWMS15.CONTAINER1) violated ORA-00001: unique constraint (RWMS14.CONTAINER1)”.
22 Now Scan a “Generic Label” (ex:GEN1) in Scan Generic Pallet Id field.
23 Scan the Generic Label (GEN2), in Scan Case Labels, System will decrement total “Cases to Scan” by 1.
24 Now Scan Generic Label (GEN3), in Scan Case Labels. System will decrement total “Cases to Scan” by 1.
25 Now Scan Generic Label (GEN2), in Scan Case Labels. System will give DMS ERROR and it will rollback the data for the current pallet.

Expected behavior: When user scans pallet is and child label as same, system should stop the user with a message. When user scans a child label that is already scanned for the same pallet or any existing container id in the system. System should stop the user with an error message.
