Browser Message "Not Responding Due to Long Running Script"

When accessing the Timesheets page of P6 Web Application Settings, the following message displays the following message in a yellow box at the bottom of the browser window.
This issue can be reproduced using the following steps.
- Login to P6 Web using Internet Explorer 11
- Navigate to Administer > Application Settings
- Select 'Timesheets' on the left
- View reported message
