MetaSolv Solution 6.2.1
The use of a semicolon character in the Custom SQL Expression of a Rules and Behaviors event throws an "ORA-00911: invalid character" error when invoked during Provisioning Plan assignment.

6. Click Save and Close
7. Create a PSR order
8. Attempt to assign a Provisioning Plan to the order and the error is thrown
