Symptoms

DMW is Unable to Authenticate With InForm via InForm Adapter

Attempts to create queries in InForm through DMW and InForm Adapter are failing.

Connecting to the Adapter URL through DMW is successful.

Changes

 The DMW_AUTH user and DMW_QUERY user were both cooked into the trial twice, once with the correct SSO org name that is in IAMS and then with another SSO org name that is not in IAMS.
