Goal

On : 11.3.0.2.0 version, High Availability

Trying to start ECE nodes using an architecture of 4 servers topology

<HOSTNAME> | ecs1, ecs2, ecs3
<HOSTNAME> | ecs4, ecs5, ecs6
<HOSTNAME> | ecs7, ecs8, ecs9
<HOSTNAME> | ecs10, ecs11, ecs12

Note: ecs = elastic charging server

Execute ./ecc to start the elastic charging controller

Execute 'start server'

In the console, following error printed after a long wait ......
