Goal

Qn1:On : 2.3.0.0.0 version, Admin Setup

How to Create "Service Type" in Service Area ?
 
Qn2:For two overlapping zones, is it possible that, if we define two different Service type as well as 2 different Service Area, then two different task will catch different service area based on their compatibility?

Like, we have 2 overlapping service area A and B. and service type is also Different A and B.
and we have 2 task X and Y, where a need to put in AA service area and Y task is need to put in BB area.

Is that tasks are automatically taking those service area, based on their task type?
