CMPO: Issues with Cancel ASO Export Menu Action

When performing the Cancel ASO Export menu action, the process does not commit the Active Export Exists measure. When the users build a new workbook, Active Export Exists is still checked. When users try to submit a new export or cancel the existing assortment, the following error occurs:
Similar occurs when attempting to cancel. It should be possible to cancel and import assortments even the first quarter of the assortment is already elapsed.
