Balance Overflows In CDR When Display To Spend Ratio Is Used (Doc ID 2255811.1)

Symptoms

On Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control (NCC) version 5.0.1, the Balance Type Screen allows to configure the Display to Spend Ratio:

 

The ratio value which will be applied to this balance type. This will increase the value of this balance type by the entered value when it is used within a rating solution.

Notes: Valid range is 0 to 9.99. The default value is 1.00. This value can only be entered when the expenditure type is set to None. 

With this parameter issue was that the values of the Balances in the EDR were not displayed properly in the screens.
