Error While Starting Dm_ifw_sync And Dm_aq Processes After 7.5 MPS1 + PS17 Upgrade (Doc ID 2256131.1)

Symptoms

On :  7.5.0.17.0 version (upgraded)

After upgrading to 7.5 PS17, it is observed that DM_IFW_SYNC & DM_AQ processes are not coming up and the below errors are observed in dm_ifw_sync logs.

Error snippet :


where client_1 is 64 bit and client_2 is 32 bit Oracle Client.
