ImportExportPricing Always Returning 0 as Exit Value (Doc ID 2256368.1)

Symptoms

ImportExportPricing always returned 0 as exit value. That is, when the ImportExportPricing failed, the exit value of the process was 0. The same as when it ran successfully.

It is expected that the process returns a non-zero value in that cases.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Run ImportExportPricing with an invalid input XML file, or with an invalid parameter.
2. Check the exit value of the process
