Cannot run Reporting Database Script

We are trying to setup Insbridge 5.4 in a test environment. We get an error when we try to execute the db script for the Reporting database (see attachments). We restored the IBRM template for 2008 SQL Server provided by Oracle (in product download pack) and ran IBRM scripts then tried running the Reporting database scripts.

Error executing (SCHEMA_CHANGES): Cannot Execute SQL Command: Ambiguous coumn name 'PROGRAQM)ID'. ORDER BY items must appear in the select list if SELECT DISTINCT is specified.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
a. Install Insbridge 5.4;
b. Restore IBRM template for SQL Server 2008 (non-case sensitive);
c. Open RateManager and run IBRM and IB Client scripts;
d. Try running Reporting database scripts.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot update Reporting database.
