Discrepancy Is Not Sent To InForm. It Is Stuck In State Tag=ProcessingForInForm (Doc ID 2256437.1)

Symptoms

Created InForm Data Model with the Web service Remote location. Loaded Metadata and Data.

Upon creating Discrepancy and send it to InForm, Discrepancy is in state=ProcessingForInForm, and it is not sent to InForm:
