Rules Palette Authentication Failure In Citrix

On : Oracle Insurance Rules Palette v10.2.0.13 (RP) in a Citrix environment
Users are able to launch Rules Palette from Citrix without issue. Once Palette is launched users can open one of several environments.
However, after a short amount of time, if a user exits an environment and tries to log back into the same environment or another environment they receive "Failed to authenticate the user details."
Steps to Reproduce
Issue could not be reproduce locally - specific to client's environment.
