DMS Error When Returning a Container to Stock After Reassignment With Error "ORA-01400: cannot insert NULL into ("XXX"."STOCK_ORDER_INFO_UPLOAD"."CUST_ORDER_NBR")" In Error_Log Table (Doc ID 2256543.1)

Symptoms

When returning a container to stock after reassignment, the screen throws a Database  Management System(DMS) error and the below error is inserted in ERROR_LOG table.

 

Steps To Recreate:

1. Perform picking for the store
2. Perform store reassignment of the picked container
3. Perform Return to Stock. And notice that,  Raises an error message "DMS Error, please see your administrator" and logs the above mentioned error into ERROR_LOG table.
