Bill Detail Screen Cannot Be Expanded to Display All Fields If Money Amount Field Contains a Value (Doc ID 2256569.1)

Symptoms

Actual Behavior
Bill Detail Screen cannot be expanded to display all fields if money amount field contains a value.
Ex.
Creating bill detail on GracePeriodExpiryNotice transaction.  When opening a processed transaction, select the Billing tab, expand the bill detail and then attempt to expand the field within the bill detail an error occurs.  
The error only states the following "Error Message" with option of "Return to Application" and "Show Error"  
It does not expand when you select Show Error.  This error only occurs it the Premium Amount is greater then 999.  
Tested on policy with premium of 999 and no error occurs.  
Test on 1000 and it will error as described above.  
If you comment out the for Premium amount in the Generate Bill Detail attached rule, it will display and expand even with a premium amount greater then 1000
but then only displays the default of 0 rather then the policy's true premium amount.


Expected Behavior
Premium amount should be available in the Billing Detail tab regardless of the amount.

Steps to Reproduce
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Process transaction on an annual mode premium when the annual premium is at least 1000..  
2. Process the transaction
3. Expand the fields in the billing tab of the processed transaction - it will error
