Symptoms
Personnel across different clinical sites experience slow performance when navigating between CRFs and entering data. The clinical sites have good internet connection (100 mbps) but the problem is intermittent.
The error message 'Error XMLHttp error code 12019' is encountered while entering data in RDC when slow performance issue is encountered:
