Symptoms

Actual Behavior
User creates a forecast for a buy item and sourcing rule of Buy From a supplier for a buy item and assign the source rule as Item-Instance level to assignment set.
Then, run data collection and launch ASCP.

However, in planner work bench, ASCP creates planned order as internal requisition, not standard requisition.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create a forecast
  2. Create a sourcing rule as Buy From a supplier
  3. Assign the source rule as Item-Instance level to assignment set.
  4. Data collection
  5. Run ASCP
