OPLA 3.5 When Analytics ETL Version Is Executed Using Odi Schedule J2EE 11g Agent on Linux Application Not Receiving Stage/MDS ETL Success/Failure Notifications (Doc ID 2257185.1)

Goal

OPLA 3.5 is installed on Windows Server 2012 and ODI Agent(which is being used to run ETLs) is installed in Linux.

Configured The ODI 11g JavaEE Agent on Linux server and ODI Console On WebLogic Server.
The OOTB Email Notification for the ETL Load completion is not getting to the users.
Not getting notified when OOTB ANALYTICS ETL completes or fails. No stage/MDS ETL mail.
Manually login to ODI enterprise manager to check if all sessions are done or failed.

Have a custom package and scenario and scheduling this as well daily . this has the same mail server as the OOTB jobs. Receiving notifications for custom job and not for OOTB jobs that stage and MDS ETL.

ODI Studio -> Topology -> Physical Topology -> Agent -> choose the agent and tested it. Receive 'Success'.

Verified the values in DataMartConfig.properties file.

Instead of giving mail server name, gave the IP address of the mail server, still not getting notified when OOTB ANALYTICS ETL completes or fails. No stage/MDS ETL mail.
