WebSwitching Hangs When Unfiltering Critical Impacted Customers (Doc ID 2257277.1)

Symptoms

When unfiltering critical impacted customers with a large list, like from a circuit breaker, Web Switching will sometimes hang.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a switch plan by operating a circuit breaker.
2. Bring up the Impacted Customers Tab.
3. Refresh it to load the customers.
4. Filter for Critical Customers
5. Unfilter the Critical Customers
