Symptoms

Error 404 was encountered when trying to search for SA Type using IE 11 but not encountered on Chrome.

IE – Error 404 was encountered because of the incorrect URL (without ouaf on the URL) produced

Chrome – Error 404 was not encountered because the correct URL (with ouaf on the URL) was produced
