Symptoms

On : 11.1.0.8.5 version, Server for PDC

From BRM server execute syncpdc as below:
[<USER>@<HOSTNAME> bin]$ ./startSyncPDC

Syncpdc gives the below error:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. ./startSyncPDC
