Goal

On : 2.2.0.1.3 version, Shift

MWM To Do M1-SRGTD created by Contractor Portal FA completions

User seeing M1-SRGTD To Dos created by from FAs being completed using the Contractor Portal without the start and completed times.
Error " Started and completed time must be specified for completed task (11507, 10029)".
However the started and completion times are not mandatory when completing FAs using the Capacity Contractor Portal.  User do not want to see the To Dos for blank started and completed times.
